Do any of you guys have feedback on Dennis at Quality Restorations? I sent him a Ford Crestliner steering wheel last January to be re-cast and reduced in diameter. He quoted a lead time of 10 weeks. It's now going on 15 weeks, and I can't get him to return my phone calls, or answer the phone. Suggestions?
I can't remember how long it took but the quality was there when it was returned. You can see the picture of my Crestliner wheel in my album. He also made the horn button.
My feed back is yes he sometimes takes a little longer, but the result is fantastic. I would just keep on him
he quoted me 3 months (& that was in the off season.) that guy is slammed right now. ive never heard anything but top notch.
This web site is truly amazing! The day after posting the original thread, I got a phone call from Dennis (at Quality Restorations) saying that he would ship by the end of the week. Either someone alerted him, or he reads these posts, or it's just a massive coincidence. I'm a soon to be happy camper, I hope. Thanks HAMB and Fordbarn.
