    That's a fine lookin' automobile you've got yerself. You'll be most pleased with the swap I run a 406 & 700r4 in mine and it's the cats ass. Leave the Babbitt pounders for the 'tiquers and bombers. I like the slight rake yours is on gives it a hot rod attitude.

    [​IMG]51 coupe work in process. I have since removed the body and blasted it. Lots of work done and alot to do. Frame is powdered coated and has a 62 235 in it.

    here's a photochop of a stock bodied 50. I need to photochop some natural finish 5 spokes on it, as well as a 49 grille to replace the 50. that's what my 49 looks like in my head.

    it's like a "whole 'nuther" world in my head... you guys should see some of the stuff I have there.

    does anyone know what the stock backspacing on a 53 is? I need to get rid of these wheels! but need to know what backspacing to get. looking at 15x5 or 15x6 then running 6.70x15 wide whites.

    First day home, then added MII front, bags and a big block with power brakes and a s-10 rear.

    Koolkemp that's deffinately a cool kemp. I like the Olds grill the chop's nice too.

    Man... I wouldn't change a thing. That's sweet. I really wouldn't have thought that I'd like the Olds grill, but for some reason- it just works.

    Your red fleetline is beautiful man, really beautiful. did you channel it to make it lay that hard?

    Lordz 54 hardtop is sweet as candy too.
