  1. 37 Chevy delivery before and after. Naw, just kidding. bought the basket case afew years ago but too rough so I bought the other one which was a driver that neded some attention. So I shot some sheen, added wheels flames, striping drove it for a while then sold at the X Round-up.

  3. 34 came to me as a pile-o-body parts stacked above the office of a buddy's body shop. After a few years of thrashing, this is it now...still a long ways to go..

This is more a before and now, rather than a before and after......but I think you get the idea!

I haven't done much visually except a wheel/tire change, but everyone tells me it looks like a different car.

1981 to 2011, before & after, My first car in high school 1978

Dad & I fussed, cussed, argued, celebrated, fought, hugged, & bonded over that set of wheels since the time we bought'er in 1974.
Dad passed away Jan. 29, 2010, but his memory will live forever when the car is driven.

    Over 550,000 miles.....toured 38 different states....4 paint jobs, 3 transmissions, 4 engines, 3 interiors.

  10. Said that I wasn't going to post any photos until it was "done" but what the hell... :)

I saved this big ol' farm truck from going to the crusher a few years back and took the body and flatbed and put it on a 95 Dodge Dakota Club Cab chassis. Everything under the skin is completely stock Dakota stuff.

I've been having fun (and saving a ton of money) engineering all of the Dakota stuff that I can possibly re-use to work on the 49, like the steering column, the electric wiper motor, and even mounted the stock AC condenser under the bed with some minivan electric fans mounted on it...

I had NO idea what I was doing when I started, but thanks to a lot of support from some fellow HAMB'ers, it's coming together quite nicely!!!

    "Build thread" coming soon!!!

A local car, before and after a freshen up. An older car given a new lease on life with a slight chop.

Not done yet but it's on the road. I brought the cab home in October 08.

I don't have any good pics since I got it on the road so how about a video.
