Dude, we seriously need your talent, here in O-town. Looking good. Roger is one fortunate SOB to have the likes of you, bashin' on his Stovebolt. Glad Jimmy can pitch in now and then as well. This ride should set the Kustom world on fire, when it hits the streets. IllGimmi, Wanna see this AND Barney sitting next to one another, what a fine pair they will be. JT
Well man, you've really inspired to post my first comments. Truly inspirational work and very discouraging at the same time. It's sickening man, sickening. I'm done, hanging it up. This really shows me how much I suck ass. But thanks man, fantastic work! I can't wait to see more, even as painful as it is.
Hadn't checked this in a while. Must say it's coming along nicely. That headlight treatment really changes that car for the better. Couldn't get the full effect till I saw the profile pic. Excellent job, looking killer, dying to see this finished.
I was just talkin to roger about this build last week. Lots of cool behind the scenes stuff. I must say, I can't wait to see it in person. Good work.
AWESOME work. Roger Miret has some nice cars. Puts on a kick ass show also. But back to the car Head lights look rad.
Damn!!! I just caught up with all your updates bro...this 54 is coming out so bitchin! Im usually not a fan of wild tailight treatments n visored headlights on 54s but you nailed the whole look of this from front to back, top to bottom!!! The slanted B pillers are so nice and the mild chop fits the look. The way you peaked the hood is great too, Im siked to see this thing on the road...any completion date in mind??
god damn that is a sexy car!!! I can't wait to see this thing completed. Those tail light's look amazing! Although I would not expect anything less from a car for Roger. His coupe is still one of my all time favorite hot rods. And this is just amazing! You sure as hell do some seriously clean and incredible work!!!!!!
How soon!!! I keep checking this thread everyday waiting to see what's up. I am still in love with those tail lights, they look amazing!!!!
Why do Kustoms disappear between metal work and paint? haha. Fuck, It is so close to painting. Started mocking the trim up tonight to get an idea for paint, and any last things to change. Roger picked up a 55 wheel, so we adapted it to the column... There's alot of work there. also got the garnish mouldings done! That was pretty difficult, like hit a wall shit. Fabbed up some stainless steel fender well inserts, theyr're getting upholstered in white vinyl though. They go in with 4 dzus fasteners. Made 2 brackets that bolt on, and you can take em on and off easy, plus Roger's gonna be drivin this girl. So stoked on this switch box. It all fits in the ash tray! Copper and stainless rivited. The wheel and dash is gonna be gangster when the stuff gets back from chrome... Getting close to the last block, and some tweaks on the stainless... Plus got some extra teef in the front. Fucking Crazy.
I hosted a bbq for Roger and the AF guys in Texas years back. Super cool dudes. Roger is a guy with good taste and a killer ride.
