Duck is my nickname ever since my dickhead friend Jeff said I walked like a duck when I was about 8 years old. 279 stands for something else but duck is my nickname.

I race a Featherbed Norton Manx, 1954. Originally I thought it was a '58, hence the name. By the time I did the research all my usernames were Norton58 and I couldn't be arsed changing them.

I can go off in different directions at any time. I have too many interests, and can't seem to stick to one project.

We have a 54 Victoria that was my father inlaws, and it's kind of a rat. It needs a little bit of everything, but is still a kick in ths ass.

Wellp...I guess mine's pretty self explainatory haha. I'm 19, but sport a pomp/slicked back/some sort of 50's do, listen to nothin' but oldies and rockabilly music, drive a '63 Dart, and wear nothin' but flannel, jeans cuffed at the bottom, and chuck's. I'm outa my generation for sure.

I was once called a "14 carat rotten little dickhead".

Anyway, went to join a forum, all the names I wanted were taken, this wasn't.

When I first went to Bakersfield's Famoso Raceway in 1989 for the resurrection of the March Meet by the NDRA (after discovering FEDracing still even existed, after my 20 year absence), the whole facility was like walking thru Mayan ruins. You couldn't take a step, without tripping over a chunk of the asphalt that had come loose. Thus my moniker, "Rocky Famoso"...

  29. Gray Baskerville called me "Fordy" after a 'ride along' interview during the '98 Hot Rod Power Tour and it stuck. The whole name came a little over a year later when I bought the farm.

  30. Baskerville also called me a "Fordophile" and "Ford Freak", but I liked "Fordy" the best!
