Does anyone know what ohm sender to use with a stewart warner D-301-H gauge. Picked up a nos one and the instructions say to use the approved sender, but they don't mention what the range is.

    Wingman,

I believe i have a D 301-H SW fuel gauge but there are no identifying numbers and the terminals are not marked for Sender, Ignition, and ground. I'm looking for a wiring diagram or someone who knows which terminal is which.

It has 4 Terminals set in a square (Two on Top and Two below) above that is the hole the light clips into.

Do you know which terminal is which or do you have a diagram.

    Thanks in advance

  5. Just an FYI; Mine has the light for the hole at the top and 4 leads off the back.. Model# 455DN as seen everywhere.. (the older model) Looking at it from the back with the light hole on the top: The top two leads are (-NEGATIVE) The bottom left one is marked "S" for Sending unit and lower right one is marked "I" for Ignition..

It can be seen in the dash nead the end of this Video:

    Hope this helps..
