Id this dash & cowling

WHAT COULD THIS BE?
Anyone have an idea? Guessing it's NOT Ford and is from the 1920's. No marks or lettering of any kind on it. Found it in the woods yesterday about a mile from my shop while hunting for mushrooms. Didn't find any but we found this and hauled it home. Could be the start of a new project! Or maybe the dash could be wall art? Looked for other parts but could find nothing....



What could that bracket on top of the right side cowling be?

Late 20's Whippet....just my guess.....trying to find a good picture.

 

Here is a shot of a '29 the cowl and firewall look very similar

That sure looks like the same car make. It's a narrow little sucker at only 39" wide! Wish we had found the grill shell too...
