I finally found another early Offy Chev/Ford flat plate adapter that uses the Ford flathead bellhousing. It came with a Hurst mount too, all off a greasy 265. i probably should have bought the F100 box, column, and wheel for $40 but I just don't need it right now. Lots of decent prices this year and even some reasonably priced cars to go along with those that were way out of reason. Always a fun weekend and this year it was dry for most of it. It must have been close to 70 on Friday, then back into the 40's Saturday. I was really looking at a set of 55 Lancer hubcaps, but the price was too much for me, esp. when they can disappear in just a moment.

A bit too new perhaps to mention here, but I found a pair of mid 70's vintage 15X10 Cragar Super Tricks for my bracket car. I've been looking for a pair of these with the right offset that haven't been polished or were WAY too expensive for at least 15 years now. So I was really pleased to find a set that were exactly what I wanted and at a pretty fair price.

  7. I almost bought those carbs!!! I recognize the dent on the airhorn on the one on the left. If you don't use them let me know if you want to sell them to me for my Y-block

As expected, 1050's chevys and ford trucks for as far as the eye could see, but not so much as even a rusty IHC hubcap ANYWHERE!

Even saw a couple old stude traucks for sale.

I scored an entire front clip from a 1960 C-10 for $60. The seller even through in an extra grill and driver's side door. I couldn't hand him the cash fast enough. Great price but a pain in the @$$ to get home. :D
