Looking for info on this car...

I found this single photo the other night,and would like to see if anyone has or can lead me to more info/pictures on the car. I have tried and tried to find more pictures but with zero info to go on I have run out of idea's.I have sent an e-mail to the guy that has the website where the photo came from and am awaiting his reply. Any help people ? Here is the link....

anybody know anything about the builder ? Or know of a side photo ?

 

I was able to find out the picture was taken in Bellmore, N.Y. back in 2001. Thats all I have been able to find tho. Any help would be nice.
