Ft. Worth Hang out every Friday night!!!

So here's how it is. I spoke with the manager at HFT and Brian was nice enough to give us the green light on using their parking lot for a hangout every Friday night.

Now many of you will be cruis'n down to Austin on April 1st and good for you!!! However for those of us who have to stick around Fort Worth I propose we meet at HFT for our own little round up.

I'll be there at 6pm on April 1st.

Who's not going to Austin????

 

Steve, I won't be there for the first hangout. However I should be over there the following week. Should be a cool spot since it's well lit and big. FYI...Don't forget to bring your dixie cup if you plan on drinking. The police station is right there.

HFT is Harbor Freight Tools. And there will probably be all different ages there. Everybody is super cool and it beats driving to Little Rd, to hang out with late model cars/trucks.

Also bring your business cards, FOR SALE signs, stories, artwork, upright bass, acordeons, family pictures, pecan pie, tamales, bassett hounds, choppers, lawn chairs and Star Wars memorabilia. Did I leave anything out???

Steve I have to get my dual sport bike loaded and all my stuff in order for a nice county rd ride on saturday down past Meridian or I would for sure be there. Count me in on next friday though. Cant wait!!

I've been trying to get to the Tuesday hang and failed and now my son has practice Tuesday eves so friday is gonna be it for me!

FYI: The hangout parking is shared with FWPD so don't freak out when officers check their lights and sirens when starting their shifts. And PLEASE don't tell them it's PRE 65's only if they park their cruiser next to ours. Not everyone is as fortunate as us.

I'll be there tomorrow at the second one, cruisin' by the cop shack with open headers just like last week.

 

If my fuel pump hadn't just blew up I would be there. Maybe next week.

 

I thought this is worthy of mention. Custom bobbers or choppers are most welcome as well. Drew of Ill Ambition Customs takes his custom bike to the Tuesday night hangout and is always a crowd favorite.

 

Does that mean that if I bring my scoot that I built ground up in '04 you guys won't run me off? (it has '59 tail lights if that helps... I know, kinda like an SBC right?) lol
