Event Coverage Road Devils Lodown Hodown Columbus Ohio

Coming May 14th 2011 to the Bluestone in Columbus, Ohio we are bringing back the Lodown Hodown. the lodown is a hot rod event packed with good bands and rock and roll. Right now we are putting the finishing touches on the bands, so they are TBA till the end of the week. But the basic plan is to pack downtown Columbus with cars (pre '72 please), mix in some loud fast and out of control rock and roll, mix in tattooing, pinup girls, good food beer and Etc.. So this is your open invite to come out.



The Bluestone is at 583 E. Broad St. Columbus, OH, 43215 (which is downtown columbus right off 71)
Venders space is available and welcome
Questions are welcome.

Do you have to be a Road Devil to attend?

 

No sir. This event is open to all. We are asking to keep the cars and trucks to pre 72 and bikes are welcome. The show is open to all. $20 gets you into all the bands and venders. We are working on everyone that brings a car for the show getting in ay a discounted rate ire something special. Ill have more info on that when it gets a little closer.

Man, the Bluestone is a killer venue and the RDs are some cool dudes. This should be a great event, and it will different being in the downtown of a big city. I'm committed to be at the Southern Nationals in Atlanta that weekend and I'm pissed!

 

what is the bluestone? is this going to be one those shut down the streets shows?

ie allowing only participant cars to park on the street

No a couple doors down where Boma was. its the Old first Baptist church.

 

This show is an all ages show. Im not saying my music is rated G in the least bit, Just the kidos can make it in the door.

The Bluestones is a killer venue and it has a giant lot in the back and sides of it to park the cars in plus some spill over lots. Spectator parking will be in another lot from us. I will put up the hotel info in the next week or so.
