After several hours of searching and having no luck I’m going to post this question. I have a nine inch ford axle that I have had cut down to go in my 1952 F1. I’m having a hard time identifying the brake drums. Here is what I know. The axle is a big bearing housing it had 28 spline axle it had two different length axles the drums are 11x2.50 the bolt pattern it 5 on 4.50 and the hole in the center of the drum is 2.430 in size. I’m trying to find replace drum, but need to id them first.

Welcome to the HAMB. You might want to do an intro, per the board "rules". I kind of think you have a Lincoln Town Car rear???? I'm sure there are others more knowledgeable. Stu

I used to find those drums on the 60/64 Ford wagons. Used as many of them as I could find back in the day

you can use any drum that fits the 11x2 1/2 brakes w/ your bolt pattern and axle offset, I hated the hang over on the back, can't remember what it was I used though. try 70's pass car unless you really want the stock ones.

'64-'66 T Bird.....look just like mine, and mine is out of a '64. Good luck finding them if you have to have a replacement....pricey and hard to find. Might want to check a Hollanders for a compatible replacement.
