Cam selection for SBC in 1962 Lyndwood Rail

I'm a body guy, not a mechanic restoring a Lyndwood rail to its 1962 appearance. Everything for the engine is rebuilt/remachined, and the car will run on a rebuilt ALGON fuel injection system. What would you pick for a cam? I think the car had a Howard cam back in the day. Goal is to have a nice sounding engine, may take a pass or two once it is finished, but don't have plans to "race" it.
