the beauty of the 54 chevy is that they are so versitile in their design. so many things that can be done. when you think you have seen it all, somthing else comes up. thanks for the inspiration, from a die hard 54 fan. got my eye on this one. love the detail shots, but making it to easy for every one else ha ha

    updates please sir?

  12. great work man. this thing is going to be killer when it's done. I hate to do this, but i'm still stuck on the rear package tray/catwalk/deck lid re-arch thing. Do you have a before and after pic I could see to compare?

Looking great though. I really love the overall look and flow of the chop.

Geez, we have been busy. The last couple of nights some of the local Rumblers guys have been down at the shop at nights to help with the 54. It's nice to have some extra hands, and get to know some good people. Plus Roger's daughter is in town, so lately nights have been full on thrash's with like 4 to 6 people working on it! Roger and his daughter are doing a clean job getting all the sound deadener in the car.

Bryce and Roger are working on installing a Rebel wire kit. We ran into needing to figure out a way to run the electrical into the doors for the poppers. It's funny how sometimes fabbing the simplest stuff can be so rewarding! LOL. I am so stoked on these little guys. Its a spring and a piece of 1/4 inch aluminum stock.

The door closing plates were missing on one door, so master fabricator Il Gimme made up a new set. :) Don't have a pic though. Yesterday I finished welding and leading one of the tail lights housings. The other one is all tacked together ready to go today.

55 Chevy bezel. I'd bet grafting a 55 fender would be more work.

I have low self esteem Nads. Actually, I dont give a fuck what 90% of people think, your one of the lucky few who I'd LOVE criticism from. Smooches.
