im sorry man but these make this car go from cool custom, to a wannabe shock rat rod. with those taillights it looks like there should also be skull and spiderwebs painted all over.

 

Hey, i've got some '53 Desoto tail lights that would be perfect for this car! Posted in the classifieds(shameless plug) I'de give you a sweet deal if you put them on this car.

 

I've been watching all along. And loving it.

Have to admit, I'm a bit worried about the tails and grill. But you've obviously got a good eye for aesthetics, so I'll hold tight...

 

Yeah not feeling the taillights or the front turn signals. I do like the drawer knob grill and the rest of the car though.

Kinda sad to see this one done, really been fun watching you build that thing! Came out killer man! Make sure you keep us up to speed on some of your future builds, you got a good eye.

 

Love the hood and the glass. Cool car. Nice work.

 

Love everything but the tailites,I'm sorry man but they are god awful looking. the grill I aint feeling either. Its your wheels though.

Thanks for all the comments good and bad. I had fun building this car and to do it in alittle over sixty days is pritty cool. We still have some hubcaps comming for it and a few loose ends to tie up but we will be looking forwerd to taking it to the roundup.
After we put a few miles on it we will finish the body work and do the original paint skeam and have the interior done right so I'll post those pics when that happens. Thanks everybody. Krazy Kory

Well we made the Roundup and had a great time. Met lots of new people and made some new friends. Met a few HAMBers that reconised the car and stopped by to say hi. Hell we even got on the 10 o'clock news. Here are a few pictures we took that made the car look even better.

Hadn't posted in while, we've ben buisy driving the wheels off the old 53'. Here are a few new pics of her at the billetproof show in Giddings.







The last one is from the thump show in Luling were it took home a first place trophy in it's class. Pritty proud.

 

Thought the last paint looked great but this is REALLY sharp! Great job and congrats on the trophy.
