    went today with my kiddos...
cool show, lotsa nice people, sme rad cars... though my 5 year old made a fine observation: for a roadster show, there arent many roadsters.

this little A pickup was pretty cool (my 5yo shot the photo)...

I know it's hard to justify $8 to park and $15 to get in, but it's great show this year. I spent two days there. For $5 more you can also get into the gun show next door.

I had the Austin in the show, so spent a lot of time all days looking around. Thoroughly enjoyed it all.
Finally found Gene Winfield and got an autographed T shirt from him, with a great story to tell my friends too! Gave Gene $50 for a $20 shirt and he pocketed the whole $50 and said thanks! I figured he was teasing me, so I said, "Was the rest your tip?"
He pulled the money back out and was embarassed to see it was a $50, and not a $20. I kinda felt bad because he wasn't joking around, just didn't notice and he really kept apologising until I felt bad too.

The shirt was $20, the autograph was $30. ;)

We went down this morning (Sunday) I took a bunch of photos but can't get logged to Photobucket. I did find Gene though but he was a bit preoccupied at the moment.
