Neat old movie rod race

I was looking on Youtube at some old Link Wray guitar videos, and came across this tidbit. Not sure what movie it's from, or the year, but it's got some cool footage of some vintage rods in a quasi drag/nascar type of race......lots of cutting off and weaving back and forth. Anyway, I thougt is was cool. Anyone recognize what movie it was from? Hope the Youtube link works......

That is one of the neat old movies "Long Roof Larry" sells he has many of the old B-movies that were made late 50's early 60's check him out he some times has an ad in the classifieds .

 

Hot Rod Girl is like a early reality TV show-Ha! Title says that Chuck Connors and Frank Gorshin also were stars in movie.

That '27 tub is pretty slick...(I have one too) Never saw it in any magazines or anywhere else. Glad the blond kid whipped the 'bully'...(he'd go to jail for that today, though. "Chickenshit" is avidly taught nowadays)

By the way: Link Wray was backed up by his "Wray Men". (Duane Eddy type stuff...)

 

Got a ton of oldies. Don't have that one though. Looks like one to have!
