    Well, I'd never seen this video before, so thanks Jay!
    Seems to me the wheel drops down left of centre and arcs under. I would guess at that point it engages a gear near the rear U-joint. Rear wheels off the ground, put car in drive, wheel spins. If I'm right, you could rotate either direction.

    I wonder what a driving instructor would say when giving your test and they told you to parrellel park and you engaged one of these??

    Can any one tell me or post a link to somewhere on how this actually works,i am baffled on how this all works.it just seems to me there is to much trying to go on in to tight of a space????

    So lets say I bought this option, Im heading from L.A. to Las Vegas. I have a flat out past Barstow. How hard is it going to be to remove that for a spare?

    hmm... past barstow. i'm tempted to think you're fucked out that way... is it before baker? cause if you're out near zzyzx road, you'll surly die of exposure . . .

    I'm thinking something like a motorcycle swing arm mounted sideways, electric motor sitting atop the tire with direct contact. Could be driven either way.
