    Allllright - we will admit that we are using some FORD parts on this 'lil Chevy pick-up truck...grrrr...

    You're looking at a 1965 Mustang fuel tank AND (the best buy ever) 2010 Mustang Shelby GT 500 take off mufflers. EBAY score - $20.00 a pop!

    The exhaust system is all mocked up. Waiting on 2.5 inch electric exhaust cut outs. We got the box on to see how she sits!

    There is low temp powders ... we have done the testing ..... It works mint.

    The grille is a custom 1 off unit by fellow Hamb. Dan Pate .

    Bondo will not work... it curls up like a potato chip. We have also had mixed results with Lab-Metal. We will post photos on the powdercoat bondo that we use.. soon. The custom inner fenders will be smoothed with this new powdercoat bondo process. WE restored a 32 Ford grille with this product and the Customer was very impressed.

    How are you tackling the front inner fenders and hood hinges? I know these trucks are hard to get real low without some major mods. Pics would be cool. Thanks.

    Raised the tunnel to clear the T-56 6 speed transmission - and sectioning the center console to avoid moving the shifter! Makin' it work!!!

    Modified the front bumper mounts..... Jesse took out a 1 inch section of the frame.

    Glad to see you put tubs in the engine bay! so many guys don't do that and it look's so unfinished very nice...

    While workin at a local powder coat shop we powder coated a 38 Chev coupe and a 54 Chev truck. No warpage what so ever. Allthough the body of the 38 coupe was a bit large and made the coating process difficult.

    I think with the amount of pannels on a truck like this it would be a good choice to do. One heck of a good idea .
