Anyone from the HAMB planning to attend the show in Myrtle Beach next month? Last year was around 2200 cars with a new location and I think it is only going to get better. My father and I will be there with our cars, along with my brother who is carless at the moment. Who esle?

  3. I'll be there! My office is three blocks from the action. I'll have a 59 GMC Fleet Option truck there and possibly a 65 Comet Cyclone that was my Mom's.

I would say the dumpster will be there... Everyone should come and support a really awesome show for a great cause. They have uppdated their website with the new event flyer and information. www.peedeestreetrodders.com.

Please tell me there was lots of alcohol involved in that...I'd hate to think anybody did that sober.
Maybe even a case of :
    Alcohol
    Induced
    Dumbass
    Syndrome

    I went last year.
The new location was a GREAT improvement over years past.

Decent event ... if you like seeing a wide variety of rides. NOT MUCH pre 1950 stuff ... :(

GOOD = the club does donate a good bit of money to charity by having this event :)

BAD = the weather is always IFFY and too many late model non HAMB vehicles.

For those HAMBERS who do not have their ride finished ... there is NO ADMISSION fees ... You can just walk in and walk around BOTH days for nothing. SO ... at least buy a raffle ticket or event shirt ... REMEMBER ... the money goes to charity.

The Childrens Miracle Network and The National Multiple Sclerosis Society ...

    $90,000 to a great cause
Will be there Thursday or Friday
Heading to Cape Hatteras for a surf weekend.
Really nice show. Lots of all types of classics, but still a decent group of hambish cars. Probably many more this year as all the old wiskey hot rodders are going back to their roots
    Incredible venue

It had a crowd around it most of the time ;)

Some were laughing and others liked it.
With over 2,000 vehicles registered ... that is bound to be a few you do not care for and a BUNCH that you do like. :D:D

IF ... I can get a few things done before that weekend ... the MRS and I may ride down for 1 day.

    :D :D

Yes, my schedule as a old retired guy is FULL ...

1 ) get up about 10 or so
2 ) take the wife out to lunch
3 ) play on the HAMB for a hour or so
    4 ) NAP time
    5 ) eat supper
    6 ) check the HAMB
7 ) watch some TV ... then go to bed.

The next day is the same as the last day :) :)
