  12. FYI
There is a four page article about Phil Bonner in this weeks National Dragster. Phil was interviewed for almost two hours for this article and it includes a ton of photos. Check it out...

    Muttley,

The Golden Boy pic you put up was of the Wild Child when Bob Jezequel owned the car. He purchased it from Rankin Ford in late 1967 and ran it for a while as the Golden Boy. It was painted in way too much gold flake. When I got the wild Child it was painted white be the Ford dealer who boughtbut during the restoration and paint removal, we saw all of the car's different paint colors including the original Wild Child rangoon red.

That's definitely Dave Lyall's Falcon. Matter of fact, I'll bet the photo was taken at Dragway 42 OH in 1966.

    Regards,
    Dennis

    MercuyJunkie,

You know how to wake me up with that pic of a Cammer in a Falcon.

I was just going through all the old photos you all have been posting and I still can't find any photos of the old A/FX style traction bars. I am building a 64 Falcon Wagon and I want to weld up a set for my car. I have seen a couple shots of them but not good enough to get a handle on dimensions. I want them to be as near perfect to the originals. If anybody could help me out I would really appreciate it. Thanks, Mark
