I bought some tires from hurst this weekend. I went to there shop to pick them up. I was extremely impressed with how organized and clean there shop was. It was far cleaner and more organized then I had imagined a tire facility to be. Cody gave us a tour around they have some really cool stuff there. I am really happy with the whole experience and my tires. It is a small operation and they take pride in there work. I would suggest that if anyone is considering buying vintage tires to check these guys out. They are made the old school way with old school equipment. [IMG][IMG]

I have a build thread started on my car. If you look at threads started by me it my first car build 1933 chevy. I am building a custom chassis built around a Packard straight 8 that I am putting turbos on. With a 33 chevy 2 door sedan body that I have chopped.

He is a super cool guy it's just him and his dad and they build each tire themselves. I don't know how many they make a week but it's a small operation and it's quite the process to make them one at a time. You should be pleased with your tires I am with mine and I really like knowing they were made with pride from a small MA and pop shop not some huge corporate tire company

Just got 7.5 cheaters and 4.5 Super Cushions. They look great on Crome reverse rears and chrome OEM fronts. Super nice guy to deal with and fast.

Got the front Super Cushions ordered up today for the fronts. Then we'll have them front and rear. Hurst's Racing Tires 14x7 rear 15 x 4 1/2 fronts

If i dident live in Sweden and had to pay for expensive shipping i would buy a pair of slicks every month when i got payed.
Piecrust slicks are one of the most beautiful things in the world, and those front runners are better than porn ha ha.

    Howdy Folks!

My lady "BalyneA" and I will be attending the Lone Star Round Up in Austin Texas and look forward to all of our past and present customers. Without the support of you we would be dead.

Dad and I make allot of sacrafices to stay fresh and strong in this time of hard times. But reading threads as such and taking a trip thru the magazine rack at the local grocery store pay allot to the blood sweat and tears that go along with a small family owned business.

Ron Hurst, who we bought the company from, is a verry happy papa to see all of your rides gracing the pages on and off the internet.

Thank You from the bottoms of our Hearts for your Support
