Thanks to Bob on the Pilothouse forum for posting this. It may be interesting to some on the HAMB: SEMA has posted what they call a Toolbox of information regarding registering/titling older cars and trucks in each of the 50 states. Hopefully some of you will find it helpful: http://www.semasan.com/main/main.asp...e-toolbox-2011
Cool, considering how many 'how do I title my car' threads pop up every week maybe this could be place in the tech archives.
left out one thing, be courtous, and have plenty of PATENTCE and it all works been doin it for years had one of the first bonded titles in minnesota back in 78/79 thanks for the info
This is good because it is correct information. A lot of time guys try to answer the "how to.." question, but it always cracks me up when someone from another state trys to tell someone how to title it in their state. 50 states, 50 ways to title a vehicle.
why take it to the dmv it's the fucking county that needs it and i will have multiple copies to hand them when i tell them to get off my property! looks like i will be making up a HUGE sign for the gate as well. great info.
how high do you jump for these over paid basters that make there own laws as they go.i say BULLSHIT and just get another title. Then the power hungry baster can go set down and eat some more donuts. These titles are LEGAL DOC from the states and they can't turn them downon the earlyer cars.So DMV KISS my ass
