Does anyone have any references to Pinstripers in the lovely state of CT? We're in the northeast part of connecticut and would prefer to have someone around our section of the state opposed to lets say, New Haven
Might look up Larry Hook, I think he's in the Cumberland area. Top shelf work. http://www.airbrushaction.com/pages/Larry-Hook.html or: [email protected]
Charlie does the genuine old style fine lines too,... if you don't like the modern ratrod 1/4" stripes that can be seen from the space shuttle. Can you tell I hate Kulture striping?
Farmergal, Charlie is the man to speak to! He does some amazing work! Maybe you should check out the art of speed show in Middletown next week and speak to him! Chuck
I've seen Charlie's work up close, and it's phenominal. Nice guy, too. I talked with him for about 15 minutes at the GNRS. You've got to watch him stripe to really appreciate what he's all about. He doesn't have the physical ability to use balance like normal stripers do, and if you've ever tried striping, balance is critical to laying a straight, consistent line. He's amazing and his work kicks ass, and he's right in your backyard.
thanks for the kind words, but , im way out of practice , there are plenty of good stripers around , besides the ones mentioned ,there is also brian fredricks from somers, and robert pradke , and ray benson ,all good in my book ,--joe
thanks guys! I Contacted Charlie over the weekend and its looking good. I checked out some of his work online and WOW.
