Yeah, I know it is off topic, but I figure some of you guys would enjoy it as much as I did.

The owner of Four Winns boats built this multi million dollar home in Charlevoix, Michigan and the attached video shows the beautiful details (with most of the money tied up in the "shop". The most amazing part is that these vintage boats are all USED, much like our vintage "stuff" is. It is great to see these boats sitting in the water and hear the small waves lapping up against their hulls inside of the boathouse.

Take a look at the video and see 22 lifts to raise and lower the boats selectively and by one remote control into the water. He has a complete on-site wood shop for restoration of the early boats and a large collection of cruisers, ski boats, race boats, etc, not to mention the gorgeous natural cypress woodwork inside of this great boat house.

Perhaps you have already seen it, but it was my pleasure to run across this for the first time this morning. Hope you enjoy it too.

    WOW! How cool is that?

I live on a lake, and built a 20 foot slip for my runabout.

I could spend some serious time at that place.
