I use Jasc Paintshop Pro V.9, it's similar to photoshop, maybe without some of the features but easier to use, in my opinion. I have Photoshop CS5 and a book, I'm getting better, but all that means is that I've managed to get to the point where I don't completely mutilate the photos.:p

Thank you, I prefer the one with the roof as it is from the factory, it looks slimmer without looking squashed.

Lower it and make the trunk, hood and roof dark blue. Or use your own imagination on a two tone color. Thanks in advance.

Capussotto, those last few cars you "painted" look amazing.

Do you think you could edit those pics I posted of that Falcon van by replacing the primer grey with (seperate pics please):

    Hot Rod Flatz Burnt Orange
    Hot Rod Flatz Sublime
    Hot Rod Flatz Steel Blue

It will be greatly appreciated if you can.

  17. Heres a few more ideas for you Headrust.

Here is a pic of a 61, just like the one I'm restoring(except mine is a short, step side bed, and different colors) But the grille is what I treaked. I'm planning on using the 53 corvette teeth on my truck. Here is what it will look like.

Okay... there are a lot, but here's a few for now, A buddy on CarDomain asked me to do some strange variants of his 64 Dart. (keep in mind I do not profess to be any good at this)

This was on eBay last year, it was shortened for some reason, so I made it back to normal!

Just barely OT, I was asked to make the Corvair 4 door hard top into a 2 door and mess with the c pillar...

Man, you have talent for drawing cars. I like very much the Corvair with "Camaro 68 style" C pilar. Not many ppl can do this so nice.
    Keep doing.

I challenge some to make a Photo shopped version of the drawing and if you can correct the camber of the rear wheel

One thing: the car in the sketch is not stretched , (i still don't master perspective)

There isn't a wrong way in photoshop.
The quality of the end result is what is important.
It doesn't matter how you get to the end, just that it is done well.

    Looks nice to me.

Not to rain on the parade, Headrust, but you better get some front or 3/4 view shots of that two-tone before you proceed - there is no good place to separate the colors on the body when viewed from the front and it could end up looking really *ss from every angle except a dead-on side view!
