What kind of bumpers are these?

I got these with a package deal, and dude didn't know what they were from. Im not sure, so maybe ya'll could take a gander

I had a 46-7 dodge that had bumpers kinda like that..

 

well i just searched and cant find any pics, but all the ones i did find did not have bumpers like that so maybe my memory is bad.

 

I think that first one is a '41 Chevy car front. The lower bar between the guards on the bottom are the giveaway.

Pretty sure the earlier one is for a late 20's Chevrolet (looks like my '28).
