Okay you Mopar Guys Been looking for a supercharger manifold for a 1969 383 Mopar (BDS wants too many $$$$) Question is...is there a Mopar manifold I can use with adaptor plates that I can fit to the 383 Power Plant?
I just purchased a 65 Polara 4door, also have a 82 dodge Rampage pro-street that's in progress that I haven't touched in years, and we have a 2008 Chrysler Sebing for our daily driver. Been a Mopar guy all my life.... first one I owned was a 69 Super Bee, should have never got rid of it!
Built a Hot Rod Satellite a few years back. 66 Satellite, 440 6 pak, mild custom. Had a blast building it. Bought the car completely apart. Would love to build another and keep it for my very own.
As of this past weekend, I've owned 129 cars & trucks so far in my life. About 115 of that number were Mopars! Somewhere or other, there are a few photos of the 49 Dodge truck cab & flatbed that I am dropping onto a 95 Dakota chassis & drivetrain. (You can barely see the truck in the photo.)
I Consider myself an equal opportunity rodder. I`ve owned 60 to 75 cars and trucks,I wish I could have kept all of them and there are still dozens I want but my hourmeter is running out of numbers so I`ll just be happy with what I have. My avatar is 440-tf equipt, great combo.
Love the mopars. Here`s my current project I bought from Cob [classified moderator]. I have a cross ram intake/carbs and max wedge exhaust manifolds yet to go on.
They dont call me MoPar Rob for nothing! I like all cars but MoPar is my prefered poison. Just cant wait to get off this deployment and work in the garage again...... hemi's and metal work consume my thoughts amung other things...... pedigree in the stable- 50 dodge wayfarer buisness w/ 331 hemi 27 dodge bro's 5w w/ 300 hemi 68 superbee w/ 496 6bbl
Cool, Moparob! I get over in the Patuxent area every so often; let me know when you're off deployment, maybe we can meet up! (I build composite aircraft stuff for military fixed and rotor wing aircraft)
I love to be the one guy at a car show with the car that nobody else has. 1948 Plymouth Coupe. I live in major Chevy territory. Mopar or No car! I think thats how you say it.!
48 Plymouth, two Door Sedan - Current ride: 440 power, Brake conversion featured in Tex Smith's How to Hot Rod Chrysler, Dodge, Plymouth 48 Plymouth, Utility Sedan - Project 5.2 Dodge EFI w/5-speed, Dakota front suspension, 4-bar 8-3/4" w/air bags back 53/54 Plymouth Coupe - retirement project sometime in the future Don't know yet - could be 3.9 V6 w/5-speed or 5.7 hemi
Although the Gen III stuff gets dissed around here it is real hard to argue with the potential for an easy 500 hp. If you need, there are several swap projects over at: http://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/ http://www.forbbodiesonly.com/ Engine Rebuilder magazine recently had a two-part article on a 500+ hp rebuild. .
Just found this site. Im mopar but like all cars. Currently have 55 Belvedere, 68 Formula S, 2007 Charger RT.
I guess you could say that I'm a MoPar guy, here's less than half of my fleet...my late mother loved Pontiacs so I doubt the 64 Catalina Ventura will ever be sold either...
