Drag-Ons Plaque

    The plaque shown is/was the original plaque designed by Dick Page when the club was formed in Tacoma, WA in late 1959 or early 1960. Can't remember dates. Hey! I'm old - I was an original member. It was a great club. Had a dragster with a flathead motor..Except when we put it in a show - Then we would stuff a blown hemi in it for looks. I remember towing it out to Thun Field with my 1948 Studebaker pick-up.

    Wonder if this was the plaque? Both the one Bill showed above and this one were originally made by Chicago Metal Craft, Port Chicago, Calif. We've got both if you need them.
