GOLD RUSH! show me your gold cars

I need some help picking out a gold for my buick. I hope to find a good factory color to keep the cost down. I can't afford HOK or Vibrance.

Let me see what you got! Paint codes or year/model would be appreciated.

Hating on the wheels isn't necessary....

 

There is a real nice light gold that Buick used on the '62 models that they called "Fawn Mist". I tried to find a picture of mine, but can't.

 

ya i agree that it should be a little lighter maybe, thats coming off with alot of copper.

the PT cruiser came out in an "Inca Gold" i think it what it was called. you might wanna call up the local paint shop and ask! but its a good lookin gold.

 

I dig that Inca gold, that's more of what I am looking for.

This is Matrix brand paint called Bright Gold. The painter just mixed in a bunch of microflake.

Here was mine. Kind of a dijion mustard color of gold. It was very hard to photograph and get the exact color.

 

Dont know what paint it is but gold is golden!!

What about GM's corporate Aztec gold? Too dull? I was told that was the color Smokey used on his race cars ICW black and red trim. I always thought it was a great paint combo.

Forgot to add... saw this insane truck at the GNRS. It is FREAKING gold but of course I have not idea what the codes / brands are. Gary
