hi. i´m new here on this forum. sorry for the bad english but i will try to explaine my latest found.

i went home to a old man who i heard has a strange old american car in his barn. it was a willys77 1936. i asked him if it was for sale. could be he told me. the car has been in an old carpenters workshop since mid fifties. it has about 2 hours of welding rust, thats it!! =) the price for the car was about 2000 dollars (15000 swedish). di i need to say the car was mine? wen i went there to pic up the car who was in parts since a older restoration. that owner did not finish it. the car is sold new in sweden and has never been welded anywhere. some parts did have another color. i ask him why and he answered, it´s from the other cars? it shows he did have 2 willys 77 more ;) i bought all 3 for less than 2000 dollar. it is the 4 door sedan model. i realy want a delivery but willys are really hard to find in sweden. i will put pictures here soon but the plan is to build an old school gasser of it.

the reason i cant put pictures here is because im working night and have the pictures at my pc. i will put it up in the moorning. ;)

i would be very happy if i could find dealers of willys-parts in us. if there is any? the car is going to have a smalblock chevy with 6-71, 12 spoke wheels in front and rocket racing in the rear end. i am thinking of having fiberglas fenders on it but the rest of the car in metal.

Looks like you've got a really nice Willys sedan there to start your gasser project. How about some pics of another sedan for inspiration. This thing is a real time capsule from the 60's.

Beatiful car. The ghost flames in the red are a really nice touch.
