Ford has started a image archive website where you can view & purchase prints of all sorts of images from Ford's long history. They even have a Hot Rod section on the website. Ford will be adding more images to the archive in the future. I highly suggest checking in out! Here's a link: http://ford.artehouse.com/perl/home.pl
note the image for a 1950 lincoln convert...THEY DONT KNOW THERE OWN CREATIONS!!! also 40 merc convertible...
A little out of my price range with the way things are right now, but still some very cool prints!!! Thanx
Cool site! Those prices may be part of an overall strategy and why Ford is profitable again. Not sure how it will work for the brand in the long-run, though... (BTW, Chevron Cars coloring pages are free ;-)
Is this website actually run by Ford, or is it run by an aftermarket company licensed by Ford? There are some neat photos, although they are pricey - however, like any other enterprise I imagine they are charging what the market will bear. GM has a similar site for photos: http://www.gmphotostore.com/

A bunch of the T-bird photos credited to David Newhardt are from photo shoots done for the second book I authored, "Thunderbird 50 Years," back in 2003. Not really "vintage" or Ford-produced photography.
i just checked the 40 merc convert...just curious what they had....pretty sad..its a 39...they have it listed as a 40.you would think ford motor company of all people would know the difference
