Thanx fer posting Steve's B Roadster, I spoke to Chris Harris last nite & he is currently screwing together a '55 Coupe De Ville. I saw Harris's old ally headed big block chopped black '36 Tudor at the Camperdown cruise. I used to love that thing when it had the moon discs, in fact Chris used to wear the matching moon shirt unt moon sneakers.

Wow. I just saw that "Long Gone Daddys" drum face a couple of weeks ago.

How come all those guys have aged so much and I still look the same?

Oh except for the hair and the belly.

Oh yeah...from way back in the time machine Mr Wizard. That one was arguably one of the best NYE knees up. Took me days to get over that one. Apparently the lawn has never recovered. cheers.

Apparently twas the bottle of Old Harper's that finished Mick Lee off. Geoff Rea, if your'e out there jump in on this one. Geoff, Mick & I were driving in my F truck from Mirboo to Geoff's place & upon pulling up in Geoff's driveway Mick brought up the day's takings. He had furiously hosed the frothies down the night before.

Hey Rick. Damn Mick was not good that morning we brought him down the mountain. Messed up the small block big time the night before in his 5 window.
This thread has brought back a few memories for me also, with the few times I have spent with you guys, way back when!

Thanks for the photos. I sure am ignorant. I didn't think we had so many sweet rods here in Australia. All the gear up my way & in the mags are, I dunno, too new. Plastic, "gold chainer". Whatver floats your boat, but these cars sweeeet!
    Nice to see, thanks man.

The 3 window 36 is an amzing custom, gliding down that road it looked killer

  23. I'd be proud to own any of those cars, but the 36 3 window is fantastic! And the taillights on the 53 look great. I bet those will start showing up on more cars. That's the first time I've seen those Caddy lights being used. Dean

I'm getting old, so my memory is not 100%,

Wizzy had a 51 or 52 Ford sedan, one of her friends, Kerin O'Dwyer ??? had a neat 33 or 34 Roadster fully fendered, red oxide cum burgandy paint. what ever happened to that car ??

Hi Steve, Narandera, I think it was 86. I always liked your Roadster, in fact that whole 50's feel, timeless, my cars over the years have stayed on this path.

    cheers

Didn't it get chopped by the Late John Katsanis a while ago?

  30. I had to do something different on the 53, I found the quarter sections from the States and got the guy to cut enough so I could fit in a good size posting box... I wanted it to look like it was to be... I have the left tail light as the fuel filler as well...Cheers Dean
