super red ram 270

I just found a dodge super red ram Hemi (D553) so its a 270! The only issue I know of is that its missing the crankshaft.

Been looking around and just cant find any info on a crankshaft replacements!

Does any one have any info?

241,259 and 270 should all be the same. A poly crank would work also. Put an ad on HotHeads and also our classified swap.

 

I have 3 270 cranks that ring true, if you can't find one local shoot me a PM for price and info!

 

I haven't purchased the little guy "yet"!

I kinda depends on crankshaft availably and cost!

I think it would be fun if a bigger ci. crankshaft would fit and make a little stroker! I really don't have a use for it yet! I just think it would be s cool one to have.

 

If you need more inches then start with a bigger engine. If you have money to toss around you can buy/make a welded stroker but keep in mind you only have a 3.625 bore.

Just wanted to know what and if it was worth messing it? I have no plans for it!
I might just pick it up and part it out/re-sale it!
