Hot Rods STOLEN!!! 1950 chevy pickup -Puyallup,WA- Reward1

Help!! My friends 1950 Chevy pickup truck was stolen from my shop parking lot last sunday night 1-16-11 from the Puyallup south hill area its is a 7up can Green in color 3/4 ton long box 3 window, it has some gray primer spots on the rear fenders factory wheels and hupcaps, 235 engine has mud type tires on it. I just was installing the engine so its not hooked up all the way hood was not bolted down, so anybody see this truck and I get it back I'll give you $500 bucks cash. second set of eyes open in Tacoma, I'll keep a look out for it. can't leave anything out these days. I learned my lesson the hard way, when my 72 El Camino SS clone was stolen from right under my nose here in Tacoma. TPD has never found the car. We have a idea who may have done, but no proof. Red/black SS stripes 454 . Hope you get this back .

Years ago - 1995 - there was a shop that specialized in 48-55 1st series chevrolets in Maple Valley. They advertised in the back of one of the local car club magazines "free towing". I ended up having my 50 AD stripped while having some service done at the shop, I pressed charges (nothing happened) I got the remains of the truck back and rebuilt it before moving to Montana. I only heard about his reputation after the fact from the sheriff.

I chased the loser for years, it was run by he and his son or sons. They changed names a few times and I "heard" the sheriff's office finally ran them out of town.

Sorry I can't be more help.

Maybe a HAMBer or the Sheriffs office in Maple Valley remembers the family
