  9. The factory still exists in Chicago, my daughter lives nearly within sight of the edifice.

    Says "Pines Winterfront" on the building, 1135 N. Cicero. If you go to "Google Maps", input 4798 W. Division, you can easily see the employee entrance.

    Ha! It's not "rare" any more! Great news
    for any and all rodders and restorers
    working on '29 Henways out there! Factory
    original, 1929-model year only 'turn signal
    fluid' is now back in stock at your local
    Henway dealer! Doing an inventory at our
    secret "Area 52" parts depot last year, we
    discovered several thousand NOS 5-gallon
    pails full of factory turn signal fluid! The pails
    of fluid have been sitting in the warehouse
    there since 1930, when Henway discontinued
    it and switched to much more efficient
    'steam-powered' turn signals!! Even as I
    write, this long-discontinued and previously
    'unobtainable at any price' turn signal fluid
    is now being rush shipped to all Henway
    dealers nationwide! :eek::eek::D

    16 valve overhead conversions for Model T Fords. Overhead cams make it even better. I have the good fortune to own a 16 valve Laurel-Roof head.

    The one you need to finnish but can not find at any price. Of course after spending the big bucks, the neighbor 2 doors down ask if you can use it because he is throwing it out.

    I can't say one part , it's several pieces . They are all for Ford Panel deliveries too:

    drivers seat thats usable
    passenger seat with the bracket that allows it to flip forward
    56 Ford truck radio , complete with the overhead speaker
    The headliner bows for a Deluxe cab version 53-56 , ( Cargo area )

  20. And we must not forget the rarest of the rare.. gerbil assist steering.
    [IMG]
    Its all very simple. The steering column is connected to the containment wheel (Comp. B) In which the gerbil resides.. to either side of the wheel are 2 sharp electrified points which extend into the wheel (comp. A) when the wheel is not being turned the gerbil is at rest. however this changes when the wheel is turned. this action causes the gerbil to become poked and shocked by the electrified points, thus causing it to run in the opposite direction. this running force is transferred via a belt and the primary drive (comp C.) to the primary driven hub (comp E.) which also contains a cog gear (comp D) which is in constant mesh with the worm sector shaft of the rack and pinion. thus delivering assist to the steering wheels. This system is needing improvement in a few areas mostly concentrating on our gerbil. gerbil replacement is recommended every 5000 miles or 10 months which ever comes first. that is until the "bionic zombie" gerbils were introduced in late 1947. Performance improvements may include a larger species of animal such as a chinchilla, or hamster, or possibly gerbil vitamins.

    these super-ultra-rare "over & underhead,
    double-inclined, splayed-valve, semi-hemi

    conversion heads" for a '46 -'48' Henway
    'Flaming Tortoise' flathead V12??!!! :eek::eek::D

    For Studebaker guys, the production 'Avanti' R-3 & R-4 cylinder heads. Only nine Avanti's and one Lark came factory equipped with them, and only an undetermined few ever produced, $$$$$ if or when a set ever becomes available.
