I finished the wife's 37 Chevy. waiting on the my interior guy to call so he can get started. We put almost 1000 mile on it this fall. Runs sweet.
The other plan is to drive the wheels off the 40 Chevy...

 

.....Just finish my 37 ford coupe....its been almost 5 years.....hope to have it painted in two months.....done by May

 

Finish my Coupe..... but that is gonna mean deciding on a color.... That is the biggest challenge.

 

just drive it its had a new motor put in with new trans just got painted worked out most of the kinks and got her running kind of right now its time to enjoy for a while till another crazy idea pops in my head

 

on my '53...

- lower it
- finish beautifying the engine bay
- add a dual exhaust with some Porters to the 235
- toss a classy yet cool two-tone paint on it
- and DRIVE

got this tonneau cover done the last few days of 2010. ...new steering box last week. Now, just finishing up the details and breaking in the new motor. ...got in about 50 miles yesterday. Then ship it off to my daughter.

Then, I want to get DeSoto style side trim finished on the shoebox:


...and finally, get started on this one:

 

finish the electrical work (almost there) and maybe get some paint sprayed on... definitely finishing the interior (I hope)

 

to get the galaxie on the road...

 

My plan for this year is, at the risk of quoting "someone"....all that's left, is everything.

 

FUN stuff: In the middle of the prepping for new paint right now...fix my door locks/handles...lower my rear more (probably flip)...lower front (cut coils)...get some baby moons (hate my derby style caps) & rings...paint interior...install carpet

NOT FUN: Figure out my detonation problem, new seals all around motor, new wiring

 

Rebuilding my '53 Vic. Was a Long Island car an has some rust out areas that need work, plus a new paint job, also some TLC on the rest.

 

get 1 van, 1 3 wheeler, 1 quad, and 1 motorcycle back on the road / trail. and get the front frame clip installed on my 50....

 

Trying to finish it. Want to drive it to the GoodGuys PPG Nationals in Columbus this coming July. The interior probably won't be done, but we're getting close to finishing the exterior & making her run.

my plan is to actually start! Ive been waitin a long time for this

 

Paint. That the main part.

 

This year I hope to get my project to the point to drive it around the block. Starting on the motor in a week or so: 283, PP heads redone and shaved, 327 cam, Holley 4 barrel 4160 paired with a TH350. Once the mechanics are complete, onto the frame and chassis, convert to front disc brakes and replace passenger side floor plan and put the seat back in. At that point I hope to at least drive this puppy around enought to break the motor in.

Oh, also need to get the trunk redone so I will have someplace to mount the gas tank.

Then it will be time for the quarter panels and doors.

 

like most everyone else.... just to see it back on the road under it's own power

 

Interior and hopefully get around to dropping it.

I just want to drive the damn thing ! Im trying my hardest to get it to that point ...

 

I just want to finally get my car on the road. It's been pretty much been 3 years!! I should have it running by next week.

Tweak the motor, finish the interior!
