Hi all! Just got a 62 Rambler American Wagon (pics to follow.) We're getting it hauled home today, and getting some pictures of it. Once I get figured out what I've got to work with resto will follow.

My dad has been a long time member and found many great resources so I figured I'd come by and join up. Hope to learn from all of you as well as share what ever knowledge I have with you all.

Sweet man, I didn't know what I had when I originally agreed to the trade on the American. My dad said he had a 62 rambler wagon and I started trading, but I loved how both cars looked so I knew I wouldn't be disappointed either way.

Pics to come soon, I picked the worst day of the year to pick it up. It started snowing and the car was sitting on 4 flats in a field we got it on the trailer and got it home on icy roads and just called it a day.

Once I get some tires on it and get it to the house I'll show it off though. Would love to see some pics of a cross country.

Effin' sweet ride hoss, I've lived just a few miles from you my whole life and I've never seen your ride! You wouldn't happen to have some rambler resources would ya? I'm finding a few leads but finding parts for this thing is like looking for hens teeth. Maybe I should have built a mustang... lol not really.

Another welcome from the home of Rambler :) I've had a few Rambler products myself and currently have a few AMC's laying around.
