Nailhead intake risers

    Thinking of buying a set port matched intake risers for my 30 over 401 with a mild cam. can i expect more torque and horsepower using these

    Nope dyno has proven they lose HP

    How much more torque do you need over stock? Those things have a bunch already.
     
  4. Port match the stock intake and exhaust manifolds, you will gain something.............donut is right, the risers do not work.

    I need to add a little height to mine to clear the Moon valley pan I will be using with a 66 spreadbore 4bbl intake. I was thinking of using a set of the intake flanges to get 3/8" rise. That should be enough. What do you think?

    Cut the fins on the valley cover. It will be hidden under the manifold.
