Three of us from the StL area will be flying in Thursday morning and staying until Sunday. Another friend will have THREE cars in the Customs - Then and Now display. How cool is that??!!!!

Anyone know of hot rod shops that will have open houses during the GNRS ?? Thanks.

The crew and I will be rolling down from Nor Cal, meeting Zane Cullen and Clay Cook at the event to raise some hell. Guys I say we keep the same party rollin' we had at the SEMA show this year! On second thought im not sure if my liver can handle it....

I just checked out your link. AWESOME sounding place and a perfect stop for those visiting the Petersen then heading to the Fairplex in Pomona. THANKS for the suggestion.

 

Denise... Philippes is the best spot in town that still is in a time capsule. i've been going there since i was 3 yrs old. my dad went there for 50 yrs.

 

Just booked Air, Hotel, and Car. Pa is flying into Denver from Michigan then we both fly to LA. First trip to the west coast for my Pa. Hopefully we won't loose him to the sun, sand, and hot rods.

 

I'll be there some time, somehow. Got way too much other monkey business going on, but I can't miss this one.

Now all I need is a big memory card for my camera ... .

I've never been before, Booked Flight, Will be there. Looking forward to it.

You are staying at the fairplex right?

There is a gate at the back side of the hotel that is only about 100ft from the rear entrance, that is the one that we usually use.

I was going to answer which ever gate is closest to where you parked but like BobK said if you are staying at the Sheraton there is a rear exit/entrance that is right by a gate to enter the show.

I LOVE lamb. After looking at the menu was unsure of what I should order. I'm going to take your advice though. I'll let you know what I think. Looking forward to seeing you again.
