Happy New Year Fellas! Great Show. Nate, You cracked me up! Bernie, love that 36...

This is a drawing of Lucky Burton and Bobby Green’s "Old Crow Speed Shop" Bellytank and their Model A push truck at Bonneville. You can almost hear that 4 banger crank’n as Bobby hits the go-pedal! The drawing image is 17×30 on 24×36 illustration board.
    I have prints available.

Nope. A Cyanotype is a photographic printing process that was developed in 1842. Simply brush the chemicals onto a substrate (in a dark room), in my case cold press water color paper hence the texture. Make a contact print by exposing the emulsified paper with the negative in the sun, approx 5min exposure time, wash print in water for 5min, tone in other chemical bath's or leave as is.

You aught to try it. You have some good pictures that would make some neat looking monochromatic prints.

my better half bought a 2 1/4 x 3 1/4 Speed graphic (that i had been lusting over) for my christmas present. think that will make for some neat contact print action until i get something in the 6 x9 range :)

are you going to the GNRS next month?

    happy new years all.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!! It's been a great year, I'm looking forward to 2011. Nothing new from me (nothing that's finished, anyway) but I hope to start of the new year with a big bang! Cheers to all! Hope to see a lot of you at Detroit Autorama!

I simply don't have the artistic talent that some of you guys have, but in the spirit of participation I'm posting this gimpified picture taken about 30 years ago (not strictly hamb material) of me and my buddy engaging in a minor "contest". The title is "Midnight at the Murph", a location in So Cal that I used to live near.

Happy newyear everyone. We had a great 2010 I have put 30,000 miles on the Boogie Van since June, and look forward to even more in 2011 by starting with a drive up to Detroit for the Autorama. I want to thank all the artists on here who always make us feel part of there in crowd when I just get lucky to do what I love, and hopefully make the owners happy with the pics of there blood sweat and tears.....again thanks everyone for all the inspiration.

    a few from 2010
