Certainly not the coolest but maybe the oldest. Made it in high school shop class in 1955. Been on every rod since then.

I've seen a couple of them before and I kinda suspect its not a shift knob but a handle to a novelty cane but still very cool!

I've been collecting for a couple years now...I'm mostly into the early figural bakelite ones. Johnny

I run a real Vietnam pineapple grenade(dead fuse and no charge, totally safe) on my 64, scares the crap outta people. I wonder how many pissed off bartenders are out there, missing their tappers. It would be funny if all their taps were stock shift knobs, what a twist!

Won't be the coolest, it is a handle of a 1930's wood chisel, made of clear and yellow and red tinted lucite. Feels real good in the hand!! Has a little cowboy necktie slide with a red jewel on it for a finish collar. May have to click on the tiny pic to see. ~sololobo~

Lots of cool knobs, but my favorite has always been the Piston Knob in Milner's coupe.

Just finished this one up. Kind of a skull with 8 ball theme. All hand carved.

I have one of Josh's in my 74 F100 (not a Hamb'er truck I know) with an extension to make the shifter taller. I'll post picks when I get home next time, sometime after Jan. 6th.

Boy, the Tros did a great job on that one huh? Better than my 8 ball.
Got him doing me another one. Something different though.

Not the coolest, but cool nonetheless. My Sparkomatic lucite barrel knob.
