How to strip a car body via vinegar? Or any kind of liquid.

Hey guys..........I want something I don't have sand or blast or clean or wash. I think I want something I drink....and twenty minutes later I just piss it on the rusted area........or something even easier. let me know when you find it..............

 

There are also rust converters such as por 15 which I dont like ,but marhide has one thats pretty good . active ingrediant on most of these products is iron phosphate.
