New Guy From Kentucky

    Just wanted to introduce myself. I live in Kentucky and am one of the very few in my area that likes this traditional stuff. I love all things old grew up with old cars. My dad bought a 58 Impala convertible mild custom in 1962 and still has it. The 57 Chev I have came from my Uncle that bought it in 1966 and my 51 Ford Victoria was the second car my dad bought in 1959. I try to use as much original stuff as I can find (and afford) on the 57 and you won't find any modern parts on my 51. I still use points ignitions and drum brakes. I figure if it was good enough back in the day, it's good enough today. Anyway, thanks for letting me ramble for awhile (I ain't much for speeches) and look forward to hearing from you and looking at everybody's rides.

    Thanks to everyone that welcomed me to this kool site! I can't believe I didn't join before now. If anyone has any Tri-five questions, don't hesitate to let me know. I'm no expert, but I've worked on and sold parts for them for over 20 years. I'll get more pictures posted in the next couple of days. I don't have show cars, but I have as much fun as anybody else.
