It was warm (34) yesterday with snow. It got cold (4) last night. Ice can kiss my ass when it's on the roads. Took me longer to scrape windows than drive this morning. The kids are diggin snow days though.

  18. Thats a cute snowstorm Jeff. We have gotten weak. I remember the 70s as a kid, folks had a split level house, I walked up teh drift onto the 2nd floor roof.

  21. It's good to see you made it through the storm safe. Those photos remind me of my backyard last month after we had 25 inches of snow in ten days.

It doesn't snow here in the Bay Area. I love the snow but people here would die going to 7=11 if it snowed. Heck going to Tahoe is risky business when it snows.

I have a perfect record of 50 years without ever having shoveled snow.

  23. heard a plow truck go by this morning, looked out barely 1 inch... our tax dollars at work.

I am sure sometime over the last 80 years that truck has been in worse conditions! If only it could talk? Cool truck by the way.

It's 6 degrees here this morning. At least we didn't get any more snow last night.

Me too, I feel guilty sitting here in 75 degree weather... or not. :D Seen enough snow to last a lifetime. Stay safe guys, that icy road stuff ain't anything to take lightly.

Heres another funny story about snow and my truck,

When i built my 34 truck around 2000 ish i drove it over to my friends house whos wife did the lettering on the doors, my buddy looked at it and said "man ive seen this before, i cant place it but ive seen it!, i think i looked at it when it was for sale long ago" so a couple of weeks pass by and i see him again and hes got a pic for me, of my truck, from around 1991 when he looke at the truck up north around the iron range of Mn, it was stored at the guy i bought it froms parents house! so he gave me the pic, and here it is covered in snow way back then!
