Good to see another Tele player. I just got a '72 Telecaster Custom RI a couple months ago and it's been great.

I play a little of everything on the guitar, and suck at all of it. More into bluesy rock than anything else. My guitars:

A rather eclectic hollowbody electric that my father made
    A kickass Martin DC16GTE Acoustic
A cheap Gretsch acoustic 3/4 size that sounds way better than a cheap guitar has a right to
A couple of cheapass strat knockoffs (a good solidbody is my next purchase)
    A 1967 Fender Electric XII
    And this one:

Been known to lay down a few vocal tracks when I had my recording studio. Anybody need a 16 track analog recorder? It's the last thing I have left from those days.

This is the setup I used to gig with before my accident. The amplifier is an old 1963 burns. The guitar is something I carved out of an old Japanese body that was given to me and turned out to be a real nice one piece made out of teak. I was going for a kind of 50s National/Supro/silver tone kind of look with a link Wray lipstick tube sound

Thanks manI've passed onto my son, who now plays in a killer rock 'n' roll band of his own now. The scribble on the scratch plate is Link Wray's signature.

  16. I've been playing guitar for almost 25 years. I've never played in a band or anything, so I haven't really developed as a player, but I have fun doing it. I play everyday...find it to be great stress relief.

Lately, I've gotten addicted to buying them too. Guitars are like crack...you can't ever get enough of them.

One of my recent acquisitions - mid 90's ES335. Awesome guitar.

I built the body on this one...I'm always tweaking it. Right now, it has a set of the EMG Guilmour pickups in it.

Played piano, violin, trumpet and trombone in school. Never touched an instrument for 40 years then got the itch for music and bought a pair of nonworking Hammonds, learned to service them and now learning to play again. Then found another Hammond (T212) with built in Leslie for $40. Needs minor work.

Now I have 4 organs and 2 keyboards..... Sometimes I hate craigslist.

Been a drummer for longer than I can remember. Best memories= My last show as a professional drummer at the House of Blues in Vegas w/Yellowcard, and having the opportunity to sit in with Tower of Power back in '93. Man, I miss those days.

I play fiddle, mandolin, guitar and bass. One of my guitars, my favorite, is a 1964 Gibson B-25 with a natural finish, sweet sound with a light action. My oldest fiddle was made in the 1920s.
