Yep I got one also... I have a shirt from there I bought at the NHRA Museum in Pomona and I really enjoyed wearing it... I thought when I got the e-mail... man they have tracked me down... now it all makes sense!

I know they are an alliance vendor & I'll take flack for my comment here but in my eyes bonspeed are thieves. They still owe me many hundreds of dollar for inventory I fronted them.

 

Someone posted the tech for making a REAL shrunken head on here last week; Ryan, when it's taken care of, could you pop the head into a cooler and send it out??

I got one Too.... I wasnt going to say anything. cause... I did that last year to find out it was legit..

 

Before I logged onto the HAMB I checked my e-mail, deleted a few items w/o really paying much attention. As soon as I saw this post I went back to look if it was one of the e-mails I just deleted...and yeah, it was there.

 

Mine came in at 11:30 last night.

I got an email from them too. It was sent to an email address on one of my personal domains that I have never used for anything but the HAMB. According to the headers, it came through constantcontact.com, an email marketing company, so it was not sent through the board. How did Bonspeed get my email address from the HAMB?

I have no prior relationship with the company whatsoever. By definition, this makes their email to me SPAM. This guarantees that I will NEVER buy anything from them. I refuse to purchase anything from spammers, and encourage others to do the same. I hope they are reading this and see how unhappy this form of "marketing" makes people.

Got one too. Went in and unsubscribed from their mail list then found this thread. I was wondering where it came from.

 

I got it too. I checked out their site and was pretty unimpressed to see a lot of their t-shirt designs are knock-offs or blatant rip-offs of fairly well known art (some of which gets posted in the Friday Art Show). I'm guessing the House Industries guys, along with Tuck and others, might not be too pleased.

Quick word about spam emails and the UNSUBSCRIBE button - if the email is from someone you've had no dealings with, the button is usually a trap. All they do is let the spammer know that yours is an active email address.

 

Yep me too. Also got one last week from Santa Cruz Speed and Custom. Haven't ordered anything from either company.
