There's not going to be many pictures of '67-'72 anything on the HAMB. And I would vote NO to the Supremes.
I've seen some bad ass pics I'll post them If I see them again....the supremes will look bitchin' with a healthy drop.
those wheels were owned by GOOZGAZ. the wheels were a bad set to begin with, and he bought a car that came with them. yes they did fail, but they were not reinforced like most newer supremes are. fortunately when they did fail no one was hurt and no major damage was done to the persons or car that was involved. if you want to find more cars running supremes come visit our board. http://losboulevardosmessageboard.com/ and this one came to our 2nd cruise night...
Okay not on supremes but cragars, but you get the idea --Looks like my picture didn't work but it is on the low tech blog at the bottom of the page---
That thing is awesome, I saw one with a white body and red top on the highway in the rain one day, the truck was a total POS, but I squinted my eyes in cooperation with the rain, and saw it nice gloss white with a flake red roof, and thought it would look bitchin with a nice drop and a set of these rims. They already have power steering and ride pretty nice, have a good sized bed for whatever, and can probably get cheapo historic reg tags. I think for $500 on craigslist, it would be a killer project, I definately want to find one.
that 3rd gen c10 looks pretty wicked with those supremes and pinner whites... I'm not too worried about being traditional being that it's not much of a "traditional" hot rod type vehicle in the first place.
yeah, sorry about that one. I was just seeking a little helpful advice reguarding a rim and tire combo. and sorry for not being able to afford "traditional", besides this great hobby of ours would be awfully boring if everyone was running around in '57 buicks with true-spokes.
You mean our hobby of "traditional hot rods and customs"? Nice try on the tru-spokes, but they're not.
I have a 67 c10 lwb cool trucks. check this place out more for us. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/index.php
