I'd worry about the idiots on a sunny dry day!!! Snow is just snow, rain is just rain... and cars are just cars. If I'm havin' fun, I don't care about the weather. BTW, what was for breakfast? Was the coffee hot? And how was the conversation? That's the important part...right?

I know what ya mean about taking the car out just one more time. I had a 27 roadster & lived in Oregon, it was around 17 degrees out, but it was cold & clear. I wanted to take it out before the snow started, was driving down the road & my face was frozen cold, just moved my face a bit & my mustache poked my face and it started bleeding. My mustache was frozen!! But that's what memories are made of.

  8. Its 6:30 am... jumped on the Hamb to see if anyone knew where to get tire chains? Neat, as this thread popped up. I too wanna take my roadster out in the snow. Really wish I could go right now while it's dark and snowy. Any help? Anyone?

I don't either. I drive our roadster in the cold, I don't mind that so much, but I draw the line when it comes to snow. Hate the stuff!

Sometimes the salt is so deep here the cars leave tracks.

here in CT with the amount of salt and de-icer thrown on the roads in the past month....i think our cars would rot out from underneath us by the time we got home from the diner :)
