Here are a few shots of Timmy's 51 - he'd got it all down to bare metal. We just need to get some junk out of his garage so we can the 51 back in there for some final welding and grinding days.

Sorry, no profile shots - I'll try to get some this weekend. Then we can Photoshop some different shades on it and take a pole on what the final color should be.

    TIMMY:
Work on the 51 kinda seems to have halted - whats up with that?!

Timmy the car is lookin' fanfreakintastic, keep up the great work!! If my vote counts for anything I would go with the burgundy top.

  15. Finally got some paint on it. Just needs some wet sanding and buffing then it will be on the road! Tell me what you think?

TIMMYP - love the car man - it looks mean, chop is nice, not drastic, paint looks incredible, can't wait to see it after the wet and sanding.

Looks like I'll be at the back of the pack with Red (but probably still ahead of Steve)

Just found this post. The roof looks great and i am surprised at how well the 4-door to 2 door conversion worked out so well. Car turned out great!

Just caught this thread. Timmy...I've gotta laugh after reading your first post asking for "Help", and then seeing the fine results of your efforts. You did great. Congrats on a job well-done. You should be proud.

Anyone looking for Updates on Timmy P's 51 Chevy should look on Page 18 in the January issue of HotRod Deluxe. While it's not a full article, but he is still in HotRod Deluxe!!!

    Congrats Timmy.
